Although we prefer applicants to fill out their letters of inquiry and proposals online, the links below will enable you to download the forms that are necessary to participate in the Town Creek Foundation grant cycle.
- Letter of Intent: If you have received a grant from the Town Creek Foundation within the last 18 months and you would like to request continued support, please download this form, and email your letter to clee@towncreekfdn.org with "Letter of Intent" in the subject line, by the stipulated deadline.
- Letter of Inquiry: If your last grant from the Town Creek Foundation was more than 18 months ago, or if you have never received a grant from the Town Creek Foundation, and you would like to inquire about submitting a grant proposal, please download this form, and email your letter to clee@towncreekfdn.org with "Letter of Inquiry" in the subject line by the stipulated deadline.
- New Organization Proposal: If you have been invited to submit a proposal to the Town Creek Foundation please download this form, and send your completed proposal along with the stipulated attachments (by the stipulated deadline) to Cheryl Lee at the address below.
- Renewing Organization Proposal: If you are a renewing organization please download this form, and send your completed proposal along with the stipulated attachments (by the stipulated deadline) to Cheryl Lee at the address below.
