To be used for work to reduce agricultural pollution in the Chesapeake Bay watershed through organizing and coalition building to build popular and political support for increasing transparency and accountability from the poultry industry; strategic litigation to challenge policies and regulations that shield the industry from transparency and accountability, and administrative advocacy to improve sound regulations and contest unsound ones.
